Homemade Lemon Olive Oil Salad Dressing
Eating healthy can sometimes be a difficult task. Often times packaged foods are labeled as “healthy” but in reality they lack nutrition and quality macros. Most salad dressings have preservatives, empty calories, and chemicals.
Making your own salad dressing is a great way to ensure delicious nutritious salads remain that way! This Lemon Dressing is made with simple, wholesome ingredients and only takes five minutes to make!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried tarragon
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup Templeton Olive Oil
Instructions:
In a small jar combine lemon juice, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, thyme, tarragon, pepper.
Slowly add Templeton Olive Oil to jar and combine.
