We are pesticide-free, non-GMO, solar powered and use eco-friendly recyclable materials Made in the USA. We spread all olive pulp after harvest back to the trees for nutrient reabsorption. The trees are watered at night with drip irrigation when needed which conserves water. We pull weeds, not only by hand, but with the help of our grazing donkeys, keeping us chemical-free.
