Sustainable Family Farm
We are the Rohde Family and have grown olives in Templeton since 2008. We loved raising our now grown children to work and be part of a producing farm.
We are committed to thoughtful, sustainable agriculture as a family: olive pulp and pruned braches are spread back into the grove to put the nutrients back into the soil. We try to conserve precious California water by watering with drip irrigation at night with less evaporation and only as needed. We are solar powered, use recycled packaging material, do not use any pesticides, and do most of the work ourselves.
There are seemingly endless and delicious benefits of freshly harvested Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We hope you enjoy!

We live and grow in Templeton, California
Templeton is located in the Central Coast area, north of San Luis Obispo. It is a small town located between Atascadero and Paso Robles, right off of Scenic Hwy 101. Since its founding in 1886, Templeton has attracted farmers and ranchers. The dry summers and mild winters here closely mimic the agricultural climate of the Mediterranean, which makes it a perfect place for olive ranches and vineyards.
We love Templeton! Please come visit us anytime - We would love to meet you.
