Olive Oil is great for hair and contains moisturizing ingredients: vegan squalane and oleic acid as well as plenty of antioxidants, vitamin B-5, vitamin E, and Biotin, and polyphenols. Both Olive Oil and Avocado oil strengthen hair which can prevent breakage and can increase elasticity and promote softness and moisture retention.
