Delicious Tuscan Style Steak

Experience the authentic taste of Tuscany with this delicious Tuscan-style steak recipe, enhanced by the rich, peppery flavor of Templeton Olive Oil. Ingredients:

  • Steak - cut of your choice

  • Rosemary

  • Dried Oregano

  • Templeton Olive Oil

  • Fresh Garlic

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl combine 2 tablespoons of Templeton Olive Oil, 2 teaspoons or oregano, 2 teaspoons of rosemary, 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic finely chopped, the juice of one lemon, and salt and pepper to taste. More seasoning may be needed for larger cut steaks.

  2. Marinate this steak by simply adding the steak to an airtight container or resealable storage bag and pour the marinade over the top. Use your hands to rub in the spices and herbs to endure the meat is completely covered and refrigerate. Let it sit for at least 12 hours.

  3. Take out the steak to bring it to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat grill or skillet on medium to high heat.

  4. Place the marinated steak on the grill or skillet and cover. Let cook for 3-5 minutes each side until it is tender and cook to your desire.

  5. Let cool for 5-10 minutes off heat. Serve and enjoy!
